Some of us enjoy a good contest in which the better of the duo rises to the top. The world of golf has just seen a champion re-emerge in the form of the great Irish golpher, the one and only Paddy. What a refreshing sight to see a man win this Major against the elements and a field that had some up and comers. The Shark did us all a favor as he had his new bride at the contest and she added a little extra for the commentators. Alas, the youthful competitors, Sergio, for one, could not duplicate last years game and he quickly faded out of the picture. How about that young phenom that O'Meara has taken under his wing and hopefully will produce another Tiger.. The name escapes me at present, although the name Jim keeps on propping up.. Anyhow, watch out for the Irishman, as he has his walking stick in order and is ready to challenge theTiger man on the big picture, known as the Majors.
