To make certain I do it, and to keep from flying apart. Controlled breathing can wake me up, or relax me to sleep. It can reduce me to tears, and free me from tears gone wild. Practicing meditation helps me to stay in balance. I know this because, of late I have been too upset to pay attention to my breathing. A dear friend reminded me to pay attention to my breathing. It's helping a lot. This is what my eyes feel like when I cry too much. The eye doctor gave me lubrication drops to help with the scratchy feel. Just checking in to say I'm doing better. I'm not up to participating full-bore yet. Love Stephy
