Good question. It's like Katrina 2! I guess the Arabian horse association is all out of Emergency management specialists

Meanwhile Bush was in Europe, McCain was at a fund raiser in California, and Obama got volunteers to go sand-bag inadequate levees and actually went there. Bush did send them a message though, "know you are loved by a higher power" or some such. Just know that higher power is not Bush, so please do not bother him...

Maybe he is trying to prove he is an "equal opportunity" screw-up
