I hate rules that totally eliminate thinking from due process there is always some crazy circumstances that come up and if you have a law in standing that says no matter what this has to happen, a couple of examples, a man walks into the Salt lake city airport, recalls that he has an unloaded gun in his bag that he had mistakenly taken into the airport and the thing that he does is alert athorities of his situation and they take the gun no trobles but the have to press charges. Those really dumb incidents that happen in little elementry schools things like a boy kisses a girl and because it is call sexual herassment he has to be suspended, reguardless of the situaions. I think one of the best things about the united states is the fact that there are people here who can think and are allowed to think, but when we pass laws and even company policies with zero tolerance gidelines we hinder ourselves, and the country.
