‹ chat statusRichard and I had an appointment with a possible secondary school this morning at 9.30. This is the second school we have visited and the first option we were given.
The teacher in charge of the special needs unit is lovely, really sweet, gentle and understanding. We met the other teachers and they gave us a warm welcome too. The unit had an easy going calm atmosphere, which was very settling. So much so that Richard is staying there for the day. So my son is spending his first day in comprehensive school. I am so proud of him. I hope he likes it there, as I feel that that is the school for him.
