‹ chat statusI've noticed recently the the word "to" (pronounced too) is disappearing from Canadian English. On CTV I heard one of the morning announcers say, "Tuh-morrow."
I have heard other radio announcers say, Tuh-day. People now go tuh the store. And when we get there we go intuh the store. Has this happened since George Dubya? It's only a matter of time before Desmond Tutu becomes Desmond Tuh-Tuh. Tut.. Tut..
