Remember how a couple of weeks ago I was whining about my guests who rode in here on motorcycles? And their friends? So yesterday the doorbell rings and it is one of those friends. He was out here again from Nebraska on his motorcycle, and wanted to reserve our second cabin for the same time next year that the other people are coming out here to stay at one of my cabins (their wedding anniversary).

I just googled his name, and there he is, that same guy, on YouTube talking about his Christian ministry projects around the country in association with the Seventh Day Adventist church. He is a forklift driver for a large corporation and his boss lets him slip out early on his sabbath days so he can observe the sundown rule of his religion.

It's a lesson for me in staying open minded about motorcycle riders.

I have two friends with his & her Harleys. He's a retired police chief; she was head of the women's wing of the county jail.

Maybe you could persuade him to produce a calendar?
